FFKM (Perfluoroelastomer)

FFKM elastomers have a fluorinated backbone and higher fluorine content than the FKM compound, allowing for greater elasticity. This material also offers the possibility of temperature ratings up to 325°C and nearly universal chemical compatibility, making it an ideal choice for challenging applications.

FKM
(F
luoroelastomer)

FKM elastomers are made of fluorinated synthetic rubber that contains fluorocarbon-based polymers. This type of material offers high-quality chemical, oxygen, ozone and UV resistance. FKM can withstand operating and media temperatures up to 204°C, making it suitable for gaskets, O-rings and seals in most energy and industrial applications.

Non-Fluorosurfactant
FFKM

Non-Fluorosurfactant FFKM produced without the use of fluorosurfactants—a type of PFAS used as process aids. It features a fluoropolymer material with organic fillers, which helps minimized particle generation caused by chemical etching. Non-Fluorosurfactant FFKM has a heat resistance of up to 320°C, ensuring excellent performance even in high-temperature environments. Its outstanding plasma resistance makes it applicable to a wide range of processes.

Zero Waste / Recycling
FFKM

In support of environmental sustainability and to achieve zero PFAS material waste, non-conforming O-rings are reprocessed into filler material through a specialized kneading process. This method effectively eliminates material waste without compromising the compound’s quality or sealing performance.

FFKM ESD

FFKM ESD elastomers feature a fully fluorinated polymer backbone that provides controlled electrostatic dissipation together with exceptional chemical and plasma resistance. They withstand aggressive process and cleaning gases, oxygen, ozone, and UV exposure, and operate continuously at temperatures up to 300 °C, making them ideal for high-temperature semiconductor applications such as CVD and Etch where cleanliness and ESD control are critical.

EPDM ESD

EPDM ESD elastomers offer controlled electrostatic dissipation along with excellent resistance to ozone, sunlight, and weathering. They provide good low-temperature flexibility and resistance to many dilute acids, alkalis, and polar solvents, with a target volume resistivity of ~1 × 10⁸ Ω and a maximum recommended service temperature of 150 °C, suitable for automotive, industrial, and general sealing applications.
